Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies
• Post job advertisements on various job boards, social media, and career platforms
• Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
• Assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus/industry hiring events
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role (at least a year of experience)
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and sourcing techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
• Able to work independently
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
