Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Post job advertisements on various job boards, social media, and career platforms
- Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
- Assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus/industry hiring events
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role (at least a year of experience)
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and sourcing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Able to work independently
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
