We're Hiring: Recruitment Specialist (Open to Fresh Grads)!

Begin your recruitment career as a Recruitment Specialist, where you'll collaborate with our consultants to support Singapore-based clients in sourcing and hiring top talent. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process while building strong relationships with candidates. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Work Mode: Hybrid

What You'll Do:
 Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
Collaborate with SG based consultants to understand clients' staffing needs
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition

What We're Looking For:

Any Bachelor's degree
Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
