We're Hiring: Recruitment Specialist (Open to Recent Graduates)!

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talents for our clients based in SG.

Location: Bukit Bintang (5 mins walk from MRT to office)
Work Mode: Hybrid

What You'll Do:
Collaborate with Consultants to understand the clients' staffing needs
Source candidates through job postings and headhunting
Conduct phone screening sessions and assess candidate qualifications
Maintain applicant tracking system and manage candidate database
Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates welcome)
Previous HR internship experience will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
