Regional Supervisor, Last Mile (Johor Bharu)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Region Heads in monitoring Station performance and operational compliance
• Improve operational processes that directly translate into higher delivery performance metrics
• Enforce company policies, procedures and disciplines as appropriate.
• Assist in the planning of curriculum and lessons for Station under their supervision
• Provide general and technical training to Station under their supervision
• Assist in conducting Station assessment audits
• Perform other duties related to the job that may be assigned on case to case basis
• Report any noncompliance in Station operational processes to the Management
• Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
• Take care of own and others' safety.
• Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Required to travel
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
• Data-driven decision making mentality and “can-do” attitude
