The Reliability Manager is responsible for improving asset reliability, maintenance effectiveness, Technical Store and spare parts management to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective plant operations. This role drives equipment performance improvements, minimizes unplanned downtime, and ensures the availability of critical maintenance spares through effective reliability and inventory strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability improvement programs to enhance equipment availability, maintainability, and operational performance. Apply Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), and asset management principles.
• Lead root cause investigations for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve plant reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
• Manage predictive monitoring programs, including vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and other condition-monitoring techniques to optimize equipment health and maintenance planning.
• Ensure effective CMMS (SAP PM) utilization, maintain asset data integrity, analyze reliability performance, and generate reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee technical store operations, spare parts management, inventory optimization, and critical spare strategies to balance equipment reliability, inventory costs, and working capital requirements.
• Monitor reliability and inventory KPIs, prepare performance reports, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvement.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, procurement, vendors, and contractors while fostering a culture of reliability, safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and statutory standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, and technical store/spare parts management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM/CMMS, preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, maintenance planning, and spare parts inventory management.
• Experience supporting utilities, rotating equipment, processing systems, and industrial production environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
