The Retail Supervisor is responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and overseeing the daily operations of the store or counter. This role leads and develops retail team members, ensures operational excellence, maintains high merchandising standards, and supports the achievement of business objectives while fostering a positive and high-performing retail environment.

- Drive sales performance and achieve assigned store or counter targets through effective execution of sales strategies, client engagement, and promotional activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building meaningful client relationships, managing customer follow-up, and maintaining an accurate customer database.
- Lead, coach, and motivate retail team members to achieve sales goals, service excellence standards, and operational objectives.
- Support the development of retail employees through on-the-job coaching, product knowledge sharing, and performance guidance.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and brand image are consistently maintained.
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations, including sales administration, inventory management, stock replenishment, and ordering processes.
- Monitor store compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and retail excellence standards to ensure efficient and effective business operations.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail, preferably within the beauty or luxury industry.
- Strong sales acumen with a passion for delivering results and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing retail team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in social and digital selling techniques, including social media engagement, virtual consultations, live streaming, and clienteling activities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound business judgment with the ability to make decisions independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining operational excellence.
- A collaborative team player who leads by example, inspires enthusiasm, and fosters a positive team culture.
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach to driving business opportunities and enhancing the client experience.
