Craft the blueprint for comprehensive reward programmes across a vast market or a set of markets, nurturing an environment where excellence is recognised and rewarded. - Adept in strategic planning with a practical, analytic mindset focused on results.
- Experience with total reward and change management, equipped with commercial savvy and a knack for compelling storytelling.
