The Centralized Pricing Lead is responsible for establishing, managing, and continuously improving a centralized pricing function for Road Logistics across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and China for cross-border and domestic Malaysia and Singapore

This role ensures pricing consistency, competitiveness, profitability, and speed-to-market, while working closely with country pricing teams, procurement, sales, operations, and finance. The role acts as the single point of orchestration for multi-country RFQs, strategic tenders, and standardized pricing frameworks.

How you create impact

• This role leads centralized pricing governance by developing standardized pricing frameworks and ensuring alignment with regional strategies and margin targets.
• It manages regional and multi‑country RFQs, driving rate consistency, cost transparency, and competitive pricing for strategic bids and renewals.
• The position collaborates closely with procurement to consolidate vendor rates, benchmark corridors, and maintain a robust regional buy‑rate database.
• It oversees pricing performance through analytics, dashboards, and KPIs while providing insights to support margin protection and rate reviews.
• The role also acts as a key liaison across country pricing teams, Sales, Key Account Management, and Procurement to resolve alignment issues and streamline ways of working.
• Additionally, it drives continuous process improvements and digital enablement to enhance pricing accuracy, speed, and compliance.
  
  

What we would like you to bring

• Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in pricing, procurement, commercial, or operations within logistics or supply chain
• Strong background in road logistics, preferably cross-border and regional operations
• Proven experience handling complex, multi-country RFQs
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Experience working in matrix and regional environments
