Roshnee began her career in communications, leading a project for a large F&B organization while awaiting acceptance into a graduate trainee program. Excelling in her final interview with a Fortune 500 oil and gas company, she was one of only two selected from 1,800 applicants. During the program, she gained invaluable experience in group finance, strategic marketing, and project management, both locally and globally.

After her MNC journey, life led her to a war-torn country, where she pivoted to the human-centric side of business and entrepreneurship. She then began her corporate training and executive coaching activity. Her extensive experience across various industries continues to provide her with valuable insights she builds upon in her current work.

The progression into coaching was natural for Roshnee. When she began her corporate training journey, she fell in love with supporting individuals in getting “unstuck” and experiencing their “aha” moments.
