Job Description

Lead the Mid-End Process Engineering team to ensure robust, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes. Drive process excellence, yield improvement, defect reduction, and operational efficiency while supporting production, quality, and business objectives.

What You Need to Do

  • Lead and develop a team of Process Engineers and technical specialists within Mid-End manufacturing.
  • Drive process stability, capability, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational targets.
  • Monitor and improve key KPIs including yield, quality, productivity, scrap, and cycle time.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process-related issues.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI), process qualifications, and technology transfer activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Equipment Engineering, Quality, and R&D teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
  • Identify and implement process optimization, automation, and cost reduction opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.


What You Need to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, Material Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in Mid-End or Assembly operations.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of process control, yield improvement, defect reduction, and manufacturing optimization.
  • Experience with DOE, SPC, FMEA, 8D, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management capabilities.
