Job Description
- Responsible to identify incoming and outgoing customs documentation and update every job in the systems.
- Ensure the customs’ documents to be returned in 2 working days.
- Check the claims that submitted by agents.
- Execute in preparation of all customs related documentation etc Form K1, K2, K4, K8, K9, ZB1 & ZB2.
- Ensure data, records and filling are kept up to date.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Logistics/ Transportation field or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in customs forms preparation (import & export) is required for this position.
- Possess of “Kursus Egen Kastam (KEK)” certificate is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skill, spoken and written in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Adapt with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Possess own transport (motorcar)
