What You'll Do
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue and business goals.
- Manage client enquiries, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and travel partners.
- Coordinate closely with Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and generate new business.
- Assist with sales calls, site inspections, client meetings, and networking events.
What We're Looking For
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Executive, or similar role within hotel operations.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
- A people person who enjoys building genuine connections.
