Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth in the modern trade channel.
  • Lead negotiations and partnerships with key accounts to ensure mutual profitability and success.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product availability and promotions.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for the modern trade segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to foster long-term collaboration.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 8-12+ years of FMCG sales experience with significant exposure to Modern Trade/Key Account Management.A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data and developing actionable strategies.
  • Leadership qualities to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and growth.
