Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth in the modern trade channel.
- Lead negotiations and partnerships with key accounts to ensure mutual profitability and success.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product availability and promotions.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for the modern trade segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to foster long-term collaboration.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 8-12+ years of FMCG sales experience with significant exposure to Modern Trade/Key Account Management.A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and developing actionable strategies.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and growth.
