Requirement
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management or industrial sales
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Mandarin language is COMPULSORY
- Monthly sales commission
- Year End Bonus
- Year end Incentive achievement
