We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for our Sales & Marketing Division to lead our efforts in capturing and growing our key market segment.

Job Summary

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets from the key market.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns tailored to the key market.
Organize and participate in sales trips, trade shows, and networking events.
Manage the contracting process, including rate negotiations and group bookings.
Provide regular sales reports and market insights to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience in hotel sales, with a focus on key markets.
Strong understanding of key market travel patterns, digital platforms and cultural preferences.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English is required. Additional language is added advantage.
Willingness to travel for sales trips and trade shows.
