Sales Manager - Asia Pacific

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, you will play a key role in developing the presence and market share of the LEADER and BIO EX brands across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, covering India, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific area, including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Brunei, Timor-Leste, the Maldives and Papua New Guinea.

As a true business developer and trusted advisor to our customers, you will :

• Drive sales growth and implement ambitious commercial development plans across your territory.
• Manage and expand a network of distributors, partners, and end users.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring profitable growth.
• Monitor commercial activities, quotations, contracts, and collections.
• Represent LEADER GROUP at customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions.
• Strengthen the visibility and reputation of our brands across the region.
• Provide regular market intelligence and business reporting to management.
• Organize your travel and sales activities autonomously to maximize business opportunities.
