Sales Manager, Circuit Protection & Control

What you’ll do:

• Develops Low-Voltage Project Business Sales through Developers, Consultants, Distributor, Contractors and Panel Builders.
• PULL activities to generate demands and follow up to close opportunities. Responsible for direct sales efforts to achieve annual sales and growth targets for CPC Projects.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for Eaton’s Low Voltage Protection, ATS, VSD and other relevant.
• Drive specification activities with consultants, developers and engineering firms to secure Eaton products in project designs.
• Build relationships with EPCs, contractors, panel builders, distributors and end users to generate project opportunities.
• Identify, qualify and manage project opportunities from specification stage through order closure.
• Develop channel partners and distributors through business planning, technical engagement and sales enablement activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management and engineering teams to execute market development initiatives and product launches.
• Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis and industry trends to support business growth.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast accuracy and business reviews to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Support technical presentations, product training and customer engagement activities.
• Promote Eaton solutions within strategic growth segments such as Data Centers, Commercial Buildings, Industrial Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure and other relevant segment.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective coordination with internal teams including engineering, operations, service and customer support.
• Demonstrate Eaton’s values and maintain compliance with all company policies and ethical standards.
• To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System (QMS)
  a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
  b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
  c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
  d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
  e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
  f. Create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Diploma in any field
• More than 2 - 6 years of relevant work experience
• Network with local EPCs, Contractors
• Network with local consultans and specifiers
• Commercial Acumen and Sensitivities to Project GTM Model
• General Knowledge in PD Components
• Sensitivities to business cycles and good interactions to develop business relationships with stakeholders.
