ore Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, including generating quotes, processing contracts, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Customer Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving product issues, and providing excellent post-sale support.
• Data & CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records and track leads in systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and distribute sales metrics, performance reports, and presentation decks to the management team.
• Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, manage executive calendars, and prepare proposals or travel arrangements.
