Job Description
1. Application Support & Operations
-
Provide L3-level support for SAP BPC incidents, service requests, and problem management
-
Lead troubleshooting of: Data inconsistencies Process chain failures Consolidation and reporting issues
-
Ensure system availability and performance during critical closing cycles (MEC/QEC/YEC)
2. Change & Enhancement Delivery
-
Lead end-to-end delivery of Change Requests (CRs) including: Requirement analysis Effort estimation and solution design Build, testing, and deployment

Drive continuous improvements in planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes
3. Stakeholder Management
-
Act as primary interface with finance users, business stakeholders, and leadership
-
Provide functional advisory on: Financial planning & budgeting Consolidation rules and reporting structures

Translate business requirements into SAP BPC solutions
4. Technical & Functional Leadership
-
Lead and mentor junior consultants
-
Review solution designs and ensure adherence to best practices
-
Manage escalations and provide root cause analysis for recurring issues
-
Drive knowledge sharing and documentation standards
Required Skills & Experience
Core Expertise
-
Strong experience in SAP BPC (Planning & Consolidation)
-
Hands-on experience in: EPM reporting Data loads and validations BPF (Business Process Flow)
-
Good understanding of financial processes (FICO integration)
Experience Level
-
3+ years in SAP BPC
-
Experience in AMS / support environment with exposure to enterprise clients
Nice-to-Have
-
Experience in multi-country finance environments
-
Exposure to S/4HANA Finance or migration projects
-
Knowledge of IFRS / financial compliance frameworks
