• Patrol designated areas of the resort and monitor the premises to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas and report any suspicious activity or security concerns.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, guest concerns, and requests for assistance.
• Assist with access control and ensure established security procedures are followed.
• Support emergency response, evacuation, fire safety, and other safety procedures when required.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain appropriate security records.
• Safeguard resort property and assist in preventing loss, damage, or unauthorized access.
• Work closely with other departments to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests and team members.
• Handle sensitive situations with tact, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Perform other security and safety-related duties as assigned.
