Position: Real Estate Negotiator (R.E.N)
Location: State of Sabah (KK, Tawau, Sandakan, Lahad Datu)
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-Time

Qualifications:

Aged 21 years old and above
No experience required as we will provide training
(Advantageous for those with sales experience)
Independent
Proactive, Willing to learn, hardworking, and enthusiastic in achieving set targets
Own transportation"

Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes
Foster strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs
Keep abreast of market trends to provide informed advice
Conduct property tours and negotiate favorable deals
