Plan electrical control systems and develop PLC/HMI programs for automation equipment.
Evaluate, select, and introduce automation equipment.
Upgrade and optimize existing production equipment through automation.
Train production personnel on the operation and maintenance of automation equipment.Recruit Malaysian graduates who will undergo initial training at our Taiwan manufacturing site (Chiayi) before being assigned to our Johor, Malaysia facility. Upon relocation, compensation will be based on the Malaysia local salary structure with an additional premium above the local market rate.Compensation
