Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve project-related customer complaints.
Manage project timelines for new product introduction (NPI) from pilot run to mass production.
Coordinate customer factory audits and site visits.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues encountered during product trial runs.Recruit Malaysian graduates who will undergo initial training at our Taiwan manufacturing site (Chiayi) before being assigned to our Johor, Malaysia facility. Upon relocation, compensation will be based on the Malaysia local salary structure with an additional premium above the local market rate.Compensation
