Project description
Next-Generation Infotainment System project for German premium carmaker at Luxoft Automotive Division. There is a wide range of applications provides by domains for the Head Unit, such as Tuner, Player, etc. The project life-circle is covering all the stages from design to development and delivery to the client. The project team works in tight collaboration with one of the premium OEMs in the world and is located in Southeast Asia region. You will have the opportunity to be part of the team that is developing functionality for the most technologically advanced cars in the world.
Responsibilities
Define test strategy and test architecture for infotainment / Android systems
Lead end-to-end validation activities (functional, system, integration)
Drive defect management and quality improvement initiatives
Act as quality gatekeeper and escalation point
Mentor testers and promote best practices across the team
Skills
Must have
Proven experience (5+ years) in automotive testing (IVI / infotainment systems)
Strong knowledge of Android Automotive OS and system-level testing
Experience defining test strategies, KPIs, and quality gates
Expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Espresso, Selenium)
Experience in end-to-end system validation and debugging complex issues
Nice to have
Deep experience in automotive validation (vehicle integration, HIL, SIL)
Knowledge of CAN, vehicle signals, or middleware systems
Experience in performance, stability, and stress testing
Strong debugging using ADB, logs, traces, system-level tools
