Job Description

  • Strategize, develop, and execute large-scale Mega Campaigns, Category Campaigns, and key Marketing Initiatives to drive business growth and user engagement.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign project management, including planning, execution, performance tracking, and post-campaign evaluation to ensure objectives are met.
  • Analyze key market trends and campaign mechanics to uncover insights that enhance traffic generation and optimize sales conversion across Shopee’s platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Business Development, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless alignment and timely delivery of campaign milestones.
  • Conduct real-time performance monitoring and data analysis, identifying performance gaps and proposing innovative strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

  • Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills, leveraging consumer insights and data-driven analysis to develop consumer-centric strategies that drive engagement and expand Shopee’s market share.
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in Project Management, E-Commerce, Tech, Marketing, or other related fields, is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Marketing or other relevant field of studies from a reputable university - Candidates with no/ less than 2 year of experience are welcomed to apply
  • Excellent command of English with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Highly meticulous and good at coordination, able to meet tight deadlines
  • Willing to be hands-on with strong project management and executional abilities
  • Comfortable working with numbers, analytical and sharp
  • Team player, driven, resilient, reliable and more importantly, someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
