SENIOR CHANNEL EXCELLENCE SPECIALIST

Job Description

In this role at CelcomDigi, you will manage the retail channel across key operational areas, driving operational excellence and process harmonisation across channel initiatives. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless execution of channel changes and continuous improvement of systems and processes, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes for the retail channel.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities: (What is this role all about? What are the expectations of the applicant?)

• Drive channel operational readiness and governance, ensuring operational changes, processes and initiatives are aligned to support seamless and sustainable retail execution.
• Oversee channel operational performance and improvement, identifying key gaps, recurring issues and opportunities to improve efficiency, execution quality and partner experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional changes and business readiness, working closely with Sales Operations, Product, IT and other stakeholders to assess channel impact, align requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
• Act as the key operational contact for the retail channel, providing visibility on operational risks, facilitating timely issue resolution and ensuring consistent alignment across stakeholders and regions.
• Review and enhance operational processes, SOPs and frameworks, driving harmonisation, simplification and continuous improvement to support the evolving needs and scale of the channel.
  
  

Requirements

Your Merits: (These are must haves in terms of qualifications & experience & specific technical /professionals skills that you expect from the applicant)

• At least 8-10 of progressive experience in Channel Management, Retail Operations, or Sales Operations, with demonstrated exposure to process improvement, operational readiness, or change execution. Experience in the telecommunications or retail industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong operational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify channel impact, improve processes and drive practical solutions across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coordinate across functions and regions, resolve conflicts, and align diverse stakeholders towards shared objectives.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong communication, analytical and presentation skills; detail-oriented, results-driven and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
