Job Description
Responsible for processing the MYSG & Marine customer delivery & scheduling, ensuring the order is fulfilled on timely manner and compliance of all Castrol's HSSE, and Quality policies, processes and procedures.

Processing orders and ensuring all trip planning is done in the most efficient and effective manner without compromising on the service level and safety to meet customer requirements and IFOT (In full on time)

Job Description

Experience And Qualifications
- STPM / SPM
- At least 2 years of experience in a logistics distribution environment.
- Knowledge of JDE or any other similar applications will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are essential, especially MS Excel.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Good problem-solving skills - able to develop and employ a variety of approaches to resolve wide-ranging problem.
- Good planning and coordination skills
- Good negotiation skills
- The position will report to Logistic Manager.
- Key Stakeholder are
ii. Supply Planning team.
iii. Sales operation team.
Additional Information
- Based in Port Klang, working fully onsite at the logistics office (5 days per week)
- Working hours: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Must be flexible to support overtime and weekend work when required
- Requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Must have good command of English, both written (email communication) and spoken
