Senior Engineer Equipment Engineering- Automation

Team up with planned maintenance teams and maintenance technician groups in Assembly to execute equipment scheduled maintenance timely and comprehensively.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• APC implementer of designated process, responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of APC application in the process equipment as well as owner of Advanced Process Control from conceptualization, piloting, implementation, monitoring, improving, and sustaining.
• Manage maintenance cost in sustaining the equipment to it fullest performance.
• Hands-on expert on automation equipment related concept.
• Executing Planned Maintenance according to BE MNT methodology (Job card, PM Kits, SAP PM).
• Execute, maintain, and govern MAL Single Device Traceability (SDT) applications.
• Act as Data Steward for APC and SDT Data for Malacca.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology, Material science) or equivalent field with experience in operations / quality / production / engineering experiences in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
• Possess a broad background in mechanical engineering / manufacturing with a wide range of knowledge on manufacturing and production processes.
• Familiar with the latest equipment / technology in the industry and able to upgrade / improve existing equipment to suit the business needs.
• Good knowledge & familiar with APC system configuration skills.
• Be personally energetic, dynamic, proactive, committed, positive, enthusiastic, and possess the ability to think laterally and act through reasoned decision-making.
• Good in statistical data analysis, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
