Senior Engineer Local Change Management

Ensure all changes in material/ machine/ method/ milieu are performed following defined quality and customer requirements. Responsible to drive and ensure execution of quality control needs within change management & equipment qualification business process. Develop Quality First Time Right approach in change qualification project, achieving milestone fulfilment and time to market.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Ensure change project execution in compliance with defined systematic and requirements and product delivery to customer without deviation
• Deploy and ensure Change Management and Equipment Qualification business process compliance to systematic and meeting defined KPI
• Organize and manage Process Change Review Boards & Equipment Review Board by checking and ensuring the execution quality of the change projects and business process conformance at each milestone, as well as monitor and drive continuous improvement to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of review board
• Local Process Expert & Key Interface to Project team and Operation team on all topic related to Change management and Equipment Qualification
• Support Material/Equipment/Process/Relocation assessment and FMEA process
• Responsible for change projects qualification plan (QTP) creation and realis reliability qualification test creation and execution
• Checker & releaser of change project & equipment qualification documentations in the system tool to ensure compliance to systematic requirement
• Responsible in definition of Safe Launch Control measures and ensure fulfilment in change projects during project closure at CM10
• Quality owner for change project from project start until production release
• Ensure no major finding in IATF and internal/external audit
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Applied Science is preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in semiconductor industry and manufacturing environment, especially quality engineering / process engineering / new product introduction functions
• In-depth application knowledge of quality system and tools, such as FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, 8D, and etc
• Knowledge of IATF16949, VDA6.3 , JEDEC, and AEC automotive quality standard preferred
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams, lead cross-functional review boards, and facilitate decision-making
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work with people from all functions with minimum supervision
