Senior Engineer Technology Development

• We are looking for a technology development engineer who will be driving innovations on technology, device and system level, shaping the next generations of High-Voltage Power Devices as part of a global development team
• Develop new voltages classes and broadening the functionality of the existing products
• Support the ramp up and yield learning phase of new technology platforms like CoolSiC or JFET together with the process integration group
• Closely collaborate with PSS production management, unit process and process integration engineers of FAB Kulim
• Develop new MOSFET generations, define together with TCAD and application experts the features of the upcoming generations
• Define unit process requirements along the technology roadmap together with unit process development engineers
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate process experiments including statistical DoEs and ensure process window
• Implement improvement regarding cost, yield and stability with change management processes and/or technology projects

• A university degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences or comparable
• Experience in technology development or process integration as advantage
• Sound knowledge in the field of semiconductor process technology and semiconductor device physics
• Sound knowledge of statistics and design of experiments
• Knowledge of MOSFET technologies and product portfolio of Infineon is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
