Senior Executive Business Operations

About The Role
The Executive, Business Analyst supports DKSH's Healthcare commercial team by extracting, collating, and analyzing large volumes of data to generate meaningful market insights and sales analytics. This role is central to enabling informed business decisions through competitive research, performance tracking, and data-driven reporting across the pharmaceutical, Over-the-Counter (OTC), and medical devices markets.

What You Will Deliver

• Prepare timely market analysis reports aligned with commercial needs, and track and update internal sales reports to support business visibility and strategic decision-making
• Extract, collate, and analyze large datasets from internal data platforms to support market assessment, product evaluation, and accurate sales data tagging for incentive calculations
• Conduct regular market surveys and competitive market research across the pharmaceutical, Over-the-Counter (OTC), and medical devices sectors to surface actionable market intelligence
• Support Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) program enrollment and assist in cleansing Master Customer List (MCL) customer data to maintain accuracy and data integrity across systemsBuild and improve existing data processes and establish a virtual repository center to strengthen data management capabilities across the commercial team
• Collaborate with the sales force and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment, and provide broader team support during absences or when assigned by managementAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, with a preference for Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Business Administration
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into meaningful insights
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
