Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Senior Executive, Growth to support the identification, evaluation, and execution of new market opportunities and strategic initiatives.
This role will focus on data analysis, market research, and business case development to support network expansion and growth projects. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working with data while collaborating across multiple departments and external stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities

Support the evaluation of new markets, routes, and strategic initiatives through data analysis and research.

Analyse traffic flows, booking patterns, seasonality, GDP, spending power, and regulatory/visa environments.

Assist in building business cases for new routes, hubs, and growth projects.

Conduct market research and prepare reports to support decision making.

Support engagement with external stakeholders such as government bodies and tourism authoriti.

Assist in organising and participating in market visits and inaugural events.

Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Network Planning, and other departments to align on growth initiatives.

Ensure proper documentation and smooth handover of projects to relevant teams.

Maintain proper documentation of agreements, processes, and workflows.
Your Profile

Understanding of airline commercial operations is preferred.

Solid numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data.

Someone eager to learn and grow within airline commercial functions.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
Your Qualifications

A Levels, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business, Aviation, Economics, or a related field.

Previous experience in airline commercial functions, preferably in interline, codeshare, revenue management, or network planning is a plus.

Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Good understanding of airline economics, market dynamics, and route performance drivers

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including charts, pivot tables, and data analysis

Comfortable building clear, structured, and visually compelling presentations using Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented mindset.

Familiarity with industry standards and systems including: IATCI, IATA TTBS, IATA Clearing House, e-ticketing and multiple PSS’s is a plus.

Experience within the aviation or airport ecosystem is preferred.
