Supervise the day-to-day operations of Value-Added Services Relabeling and Redressing sub-function to deliver high quality services to clients and meet good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards.
What You Will Deliver
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Execute relabeling and redressing policies, standards and operating procedures in compliance with good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards
- Coordinate resources including staff, temporary workers and contractors to utilize manpower and meet the repackaging deadlines
- Coordinate contractors including selection of contractors, quotation negotiation, training and KPI review, to ensure fulfillment of contractual service commitments
- Prepare repackaging speciations based on client's requirements
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of materials for relabeling and redressing
- Review, analyze and suggest improvements regarding quality, safety and standard operating procedures
- Liaise with clients on operational issues, enquiries and requests; escalate issues to manager, if necessary
- Diploma/certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
- Minimum three to five years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate knowledge in repacking/redressing/relabeling
- Demonstrate knowledge in good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards and practices
- Demonstrate a strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment
- Proven experience in SAP
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
