Senior Finance & Business Planning Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle month-end closing, financial reporting and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare management reports, sales reports and Profit & Loss analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Analyse business performance and provide insights to support management decisions.
• Coordinate financial reporting with local and regional stakeholders.
• Support audit, taxation and regulatory compliance matters.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, reporting automation and data accuracy.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and business planning projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, business planning or financial analysis.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems or BI tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Regional or multi-country exposure is an advantage.
