Senior Finance System Analyst (Contract)

Purpose Of The Role

This role supports the day-to-day running of financial systems for Zuellig Pharma. As a hands-on specialist of finance systems, this person will interact with stakeholders across the region, as well as the broader market finance teams across the region. In addition to troubleshooting of issues and system data reconciliations, this person will also assist in automation and process improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Support group monthly closing and annual budgeting process activities across systems (SAP ECC, SAP BPC, DataLake, Dashboards), working with all countries and BUs to ensure numbers are submitted on time and with good quality
• Troubleshoot and fix data discrepancies including identifying error logic and potential fixes
• Troubleshoot issues raised by users, including template or system errors
• Ensure scheduled system jobs are run successfully
• System / process enhancements that help increase efficiency of closing / budgeting processes
• Update training guide and conduct training sessions
• Go-to-person for queries related to financial systems from the broader market finance teams, working together with Corporate FP&A team to support / advise / address those queries.
• Support Corporate FP&A and Finance projects, including automation and process improvement initiatives.
  
  

Must-Have

What will make you successful:

• 3-7 years working experience in MNC, preferably in regional roles.
• Proficient in SAP BPC in both Planning and Consolidation functions.
• Strong system aptitude and technology-savvy.
• Solid foundation in accounting principle.
• Experience in coordinating regional finance stakeholders and delivering training across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
  

Advantage To Have

• Implementation of automation / AI application in Finance
• Familiarity with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and SAP ECC (ERP) is a plus.
