Senior Food Technologist

• Provide technical and R&D support in the development of new products for F&N brands from ingredient sourcing, process development to specification.
• Conduct laboratory prototypes development, pilot and production trial runs.
• Prepare all related recipes (trial, costing and commercial).
• Support sensory evaluation activities.
• Conduct raw material evaluation to support the sourcing (new, alternate and cost reduction)
• Assist in trouble shooting of technical related issues.
• Ensure that the maintenance of the R&D laboratory is in good order and all the equipment's are in good working condition. To arrange for repair/service/calibration when required.
• Provide monthly R&D project report and timely update of project progress.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology.
• At least minimum 2-3 years in related fields.
• Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity to identify alternative approaches and solutions.
