Job Description
Your Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive incentives strategy aligned with AirAsia Group’s short, medium, and long-term network and commercial objectives.

Spearhead high-level negotiations with airports, government bodies, and tourism authorities, where applicable, to secure incentive schemes, including airport charge discounts, marketing support, and strategic subsidies.

Cultivate and strengthen strategic relationships with key airport, government, and industry stakeholders, proactively identifying and positioning AirAsia Group for future partnership, network expansion, and commercial opportunities.

Define and drive the end-to-end incentives roadmap, establishing clear priorities and performance tracking, with periodic reporting to senior leadership.

Provide strategic input into annual budgeting processes, ensuring alignment between incentives, network growth, and overall commercial targets.

Own and lead the airport partnership lifecycle, from relationship development and opportunity assessment to deal structuring, contract negotiation, and post-signing integration and optimization.

Oversee the tracking, analysis, and communication of key commercial and performance metrics, translating insights into actionable strategies to drive growth, optimise returns, and strengthen partnerships.

Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Your Profile

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Ability to balance commercial acumen and operational execution, driving initiatives from concept through to delivery.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Proactive, self-driven and results oriented mindset.
Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Demonstrated track record in structuring, negotiating, and executing complex partnerships or commercial agreements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop holistic, commercially viable solutions for diverse stakeholders.

Experience within the aviation or airport ecosystem is highly advantageous.
