Our Client is a Leading Fintech in the region and they are expanding their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They looking for a credit professional and leader who is experienced in:
  1. Consumer Hire Purchase Credit Evaluation and Approval
  2. Consumer Hire Purchase Policy Review
  3. Consumer Hire Purchase Product Performance and Analytics
  4. Consumer Hire Purchase System and Process Enhancement
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the development and enhancement of credit policy to improve lending criteria and processes to achieve operational efficiency, customer experience and ensure sustainable portfolio growth.
  • Responsible for the management of existing and development of new financing products/offerings in tune with market needs/demand to stay relevant and competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to drive new launches, system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Lead and develop team members to ensure growth.
Key Requirements:
  • Possess deep understanding of Consumer Hire Purchase credit/lending knowledge and product/offerings.
  • Possess experience in credit evaluation, policy review & enhancement and driving & implementing system and process enhancement for Consumer Hire Purchase segment.
  • Agile, flexible and dynamic to be successful in a fintech environment which is usually more dynamic than a conventional lending environment.
  • Possess strong stakeholder management particularly in managing Senior Management.
  • Possess leadership experience.
