- Reports to the Head of Talent, Leadership & Experience.
- Drives key areas across talent management, succession, employee experience, learning and leadership development.
- Designs and implements frameworks that are strategy-aligned and practical.
- Helps build future workforce capability, including AI-related capability.
- Strengthens leadership depth as PayNet manages higher expectations and operational risk.

- Drive talent management and succession planning practices.
- Support leadership development across key leader segments.
- Shape employee experience initiatives across moments that matter.
- Build learning and capability plans linked to future business needs.
- Factor in the impact of AI, automation and digital ways of working.
- Develop practical frameworks, tools and standards for leaders and HR teams.
Examples of This Role in Practice
- Supporting talent reviews and succession discussions with business leaders.
- Tracking development plans for identified successors and high-potential talent.
- Rolling out a leadership programme for people managers.
- Building a capability plan for future skills, including AI-related skills.
- Improving an employee experience journey, such as onboarding or career growth.
- Advising HRBPs on complex talent or leadership issues.
What Will Help You Succeed
- Good success stories in talent, succession, learning, leadership and/or employee experience.
- Change management experience
- Ability to turn strategy into practical plans and tools.
- Good understanding of future workforce skills and AI-driven change.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
