Sort Test Technology Development (STTD) is a technology development organization delivering world-class test equipment and process capability to support Intel and external customer product roadmap. We are looking for an outstanding candidate to join the test research and development team in support of post-packaging Burn In, Final Test and System Test module process development. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced manufacturing test processes, including test equipment solutions, material selection, parameter optimization, and system design.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to develop and implement innovative test technologies and solutions.

• Perform test process characterization, optimization, and equipment metrology to enable the manufacturing of new device architectures.

• Recommend and implement modifications to improve efficiency, manufacturing techniques, output and cost.

• Stay updated on industry trends in process and material manufacturing and implement strategies to push the industry forward in collaboration with vendors.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience, or a PhD with 2+ years of experience.

• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data analytics.

• Experience in process characterization, manufacturing process control, and process development.

• Knowledge of experimental design and statistical process control methods.

• Familiarity with test and measurement equipment, mechanical and electrical schematics, and process control systems.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experiences in industrial test equipment such as Advantest V93K, Teradyne Ultra Flex, Hon Precision, Cohu, Chroma, MCC and etc.

• Background in process or equipment development and device testing methods or concepts.

• Experience collaborating with external suppliers and managing vendor relationships.

• Familiarity with tools such as SQL-Pathfinder, Python, and JMP for data analysis.

• Hands-on problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Proven ability to lead projects, organize tasks, and drive cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
