Senior Officer (Container Support)

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain records related to container in/out movement, container costs, and rate information.
• Input and update currency conversion rates accurately in the system.
• Manage, prepare, and update returnable notes related to Quality Management (QM) issues.
• Coordinate and communicate with Finance and Warehouse teams for troubleshooting and resolving operational discrepancies or issues.
• Ensure all data entries and documentation are properly maintained and updated in a timely manner.
• Support administrative and operational tasks related to procurement and logistics activities.
• Prepare reports and assist with documentation when required.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Fresh graduate or 1 to 2 years’ of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required for business communication needs.
• Excellent data entry speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers).
