JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Senior Performance Marketing

Specialist to lead and scale digital acquisition campaigns across multiple traffic channels.

This role requires strong hands-on expertise in media buying, tracking infrastructure,

attribution, campaign optimization, and performance strategy to drive sustainable growth and

high-quality user acquisition.

The ideal candidate should possess strong data interpretation skills, deep understanding of

digital marketing ecosystems, and the ability to independently manage large-scale

campaigns while continuously improving ROI and conversion efficiency.

This role will work closely with the Data, CRM, Design, and Product teams to optimize

acquisition funnel performance and support overall business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, DSP, and other paid channels

  • Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, CPA, and conversion rates

  • Setup and manage tracking tools including Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, CAPI, and attribution tracking

  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and growth strategies

  • Conduct audience, creative, and funnel optimization to improve acquisition quality

  • Work closely with Design, CRM, Data, and Product teams to support campaign growth and performance

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and recommend optimization actions

  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and new traffic opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Media Buying

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, DSP, and other paid advertising platforms

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization

  • Experience with tracking tools such as GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and attribution tracking

  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills

  • Able to manage campaigns independently and optimize based on performance KPIs

  • Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills

  • Experience in FMCG/ e-Commerce / Telco / i-Gaming industry is an added advantage

  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation tools, or affiliate marketing is a plus
