Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible to define new manufacturing platform of existing product to ensure design to cost and quality.
• Replacement for critical position for quality and productivity team lead.
• Solve complex technical issues using methodical problem-solving techniques focusing on FE-BE and BE-BE (Pre-assembly, assembly, test) integration; as well as the interactions of process-equipment-materials.
• Originate new thoughts, set technical directions and subsequently implement (continuous) improvements by installing, monitoring and analyzing a set/sets of leading and lagging indicators; e.g. quality indexes.
• Responsible for technical/ process governance and complexity management mainly with regards to new package/ product introduction, Process Block Catalogue, and Problematic & Good series of products (improvement of production stability through product/ package redesign).
• Drive NLoZD Team to achieve related Quality improvement to achieve KPIs (mainly quality, productivity, speed) which ultimately contribute to the targets of Assembly and Test.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Degree / Master /PhD in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Material Science, Applied Science / Science, Manufacturing) with 10 years related semiconductor experience, specifically in Process/Material/Equipment Engineering, or package Development.
• Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution finding, working experience on analytical methodology, eg 8D, DOE, SPC,FMEA, etc.
• Strong Knowledge of FOL & EOL process & development.
• Ability to see the big picture with strategic thinking skills and having strong decision making capabilities.
• Capability in providing innovative and creative ideas to provide the solutions aligns to the technology advancement and changes in the market.
• Capability to work under pressure and making fast and right decision.
