Job Description

  • Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for assigned business portfolios, acting as the primary point of contact for all hiring needs
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners (HRBP) to align hiring strategies with business goals, workforce planning, and organisational priorities
  • Proactively advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies to ensure informed decision-making
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple channels, including passive candidate outreach
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles to support long-term hiring needs
  • Monitor and manage recruitment performance metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with Hiring Managers and HRBP
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of hiring portfolios and deliver against targets with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and translate insights into actions
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
