Danfoss Climate Solutions – Malaysia is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer – Industrial Refrigeration who can help meet revenue growth targets by keeping Danfoss competitive and innovative. Do you have experience in a sales role and have a proven track record in achieving growth and hitting sales targets? Then you might be our new Sales Engineer who will be developing and strengthening customer relationships while maximizing sales.

Bringing in your sales expertise, you will focus on improving coverage by establishing and strong relationship with existing and new customers. You will also add value to customer’s business and be required to collaborate closely with other technical experts globally.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Grow Danfoss Cooling business in Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore across the HVAC-R channel by strengthening wholesaler partnerships and expanding contractor engagement to increase share of wallet.
• Hunt and develop new project opportunities through proactive prospecting, customer-to-customer networking, and pipeline management to hit target win amounts.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and partner performance to shape compelling offers that keep Danfoss ahead of evolving customer expectations.
• Deliver technical and product training to channel partners, elevating their capability to position Danfoss solutions and close deals independently.
• Collaborate with global technical experts and regional leadership to translate growth strategies into executable activity plans that move commercial outcomes forward.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Refrigeration) or Business
• Prior sales experience working with OEMs or Contractors within the air conditioning or industrial refrigeration market segments; or 3-12 years technical or sales related experience in air conditioning of refrigeration with understanding in refrigeration cycle
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of English language is essential
