Senior Specialist Procurement

Manage and drive value-added improvements for the procurement of selected commodities.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Provide efficient high level administrative support to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the department.
• Serve as the local buyer responsible for selected commodities (production materials or services).
• Negotiate effectively and ensure that all purchases comply with company standards and requirements.
• Take initiative to contribute to the team and proactively assist team members when needed.
• Utilize knowledge gained within Procurement (PROC) to improve team performance and streamline processes.
• Enforce procurement controls through the implementation of relevant procurement processes and methodologies within Infineon.
• Possess a strong understanding of end to end procurement, business administration and planning processes, as well as related tools and methods.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, with strong business administration knowledge and experience.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, business administration, or planning functions within a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of purchasing, business administration, and planning processes, tools and methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in SAP MM, SES, SIM, Softcon, SAP DMS, supplier strategy development, negotiation techniques, Tableau, KPI reporting and other procurement tools.
  
  

Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
