- Building & maintaining relationships with developers & architects, being the key point of contact for all design related enquires & escalations to develop proprietary specifications for systems
- Developing & increasing projects pipelines & business opportunities
- Identify projects throughout the design stage, handover these projects to sales team at the correct time to ensure it is converted into revenue
- Maintain CRM system as per procedures
- Providing technical solutions & value-engineering proposals to support project requirements
- Promoting product range to developers, architect & consultant
- Conducting presentations & trainings
- Support sales personnel in meeting clients related to specification matters
- Providing market intelligence information on competitors & market’s direction
- Preferably to have sales/specification experience in building materials / architectural products / doors & hardware / security solutions / M&E / construction products / project sales.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to present confidently & convincingly to an individual or wide variety of audiences/groups
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications & tender documents
