The Role
The SerDes IP support role to the Server team. The right candidate needs to have a basic understanding of SerDes architecture, equalization principle, and characterization techniques. The candidate also needs to have experience in system level channel design, trade-offs factors for robust link performance in terms of SI/PI.

The Role
The SerDes IP support role to the Server team. The right candidate needs to have a basic understanding of SerDes architecture, equalization principle, and characterization techniques. The candidate also needs to have experience in system level channel design, trade-offs factors for robust link performance in terms of SI/PI.
KEY Requirements
- Working between the SerDes IP team and the Server product team
- Capable of running IBIS-AMI model link level simulations
- Understanding PCIe specifications of different generations
- Familiarity with Matlab, C/C++ programming, Python
- Experience with lab equipment for high-speed digital systems
- Good background of statistics and signal processing
- Good understanding of SI/PI basics for high-speed serial links
- Having the skillset of PCB design
- Efficient in analyzing results and making decisions and recommendations
- Excellent technical communication skills (presentations and documentation)
- Team player
