Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible for Process Controls at the assigned operations by ensuring process control systematic is being executed accurately to meet the process stability for the manufacturing processes.
• Manage PC resource and equipment.
• Prioritize multiple activities ranging from daily operational support to sustainable improvement in performance by using problem-solving techniques and communication / negotiation skills.
• Interacts with the relevant support functions in MAL.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Degree/ Master in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science) with minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with manufacturing knowledge and quality systematic know-how is preferred.
• Good knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process and packaging technology.
• Good personality, positive mindset, and independent.
• Intermediate level of 8D methodology, 7 QC tools, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC tools.
• Intermediate level of IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3 requirements.
• Intermediate level of 5S and ESD controls.
