Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Test package generation for new products with medium complexity (software and/or hardware development)
• Test package optimization & sustaining and/or sub-cons technical support
• Active participation in test concepts & methods (feasibility & realization in production testing)
• Responsible for test knowledge transfer to production, test package buy-off, and documentation
• Participate in new tester platform benchmarking
• Reuse test package with Zero defects approach (IV leakage test, poka-yoke mixing, etc.)
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Semiconductor Technology) is preferred
• More than 6 years of experience in Semiconductor Testing with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) know-how
• Experience in ATE measurement equipment (oscilloscope, thermostream, prober / turret test handler basic operation)
• Experience with basic programming knowledge (e.g. Visual Basic, C++ and/or LabVIEW, Phyton)
• Good in statistical data analysis
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills (e.g. DMAIC, TRIZ, FMEA)
• Sound knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation
• Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem-solving and solution finding
• ETS88D tester familiarization will be added advantage
• Able to use any programming language to automate current task
